Currently AAI is providing services to support the GTAA & the 2021 Airside Restoration projects.
We have finished taxiways; Alpha, Bravo and Hotel repairs and we are closing in on finishing the last major project for 2021, taxiway Charlie. My
airside team has received plenty of positive feedback from the entire project team. Delta and Charlie taxiway repairs are still progress with the combination of days and night shifts to support the operations.
This is very important intersection for the aircraft movement which allows access to runway 06L/24R. 06L/24R remains closed to all aircrafts at Pearson airport while this construction occurs. AAI, GTAA and all the major stakeholders of this project have placed a heightened awareness on the safety of this project due to its unique work location. AAI staff have done a fantastic job providing safe guidance and situational awareness to support this complex, airside project. To date, the AAI team is performing on these projects to the best of their
abilities. I am so proud of my team. Our clients are very much satisfied because we have a very solid team. We will continue to do our best to provide excellent services to our clients and keep our AAI FLAG held high.
It’s a great team that supports me, especially Justin, Osmond, Jack, my D drivers and all the DA’s and Terminal Escorts who continue to provide outstanding service to our clients.
