The New Year always comes with expectations, goals, and high hopes. It’s the time of year where we all reflect and recalibrate. Within the Metrolinx operation, that has held true through these winter months. With tremendous focus and success early this year in recruitment and onboarding comes many new faces to all stations. Welcome to the team! We are counting on you all to always Lead by Example! A robust Tug Operation Training program has been created and deployed at The Union Station Bus Terminal along with Supervisor and Leadership Training programs for all stations. With spring around the corner, I am excited for what the next few months have in store!
