I started my career with AAI 5 years ago as a Resource Planner. I learned a lot from my support team members and Managers. I built great relationships with Clients and Employees. Resource planning was not just a regular schedule building, making call outs or updating intime, A lot happens behind the scenes. I really enjoyed my time at AAI working as a Resource Planner.
As of Jan 2024, I have been promoted to HR administrative position by Paul Tirkalas. It’s been a pleasure to learn and grow under your leadership. Thank you for recognizing my hard work and believing in me.
My roles and responsibilities:
- Recruiting
- Conducting onboarding sessions
- Building employee profiles in intime
- Managing employee CLC agreements and payroll packages
- Keeping track of invoices and payment receipts
- Handling disciplinary needs
- Managing employee relations
- Administering Payroll
- Support health and safety
- Conducting Inventory Counts
